Melt-cast AZS TY-AZS36 is a refractory material solidified by a liquid mixture melted in an electric furnace, with high purity and high strength. Its compact microstructure gives it excellent corrosion resistance and good thermal shock resistance, and it exhibits excellent erosion resistance under high temperature conditions. This product is mainly used in the side walls, vents, throats, bottom bricks, blocks and electrode seals of glass melting furnaces, and is trusted by users because it produces almost no bubbles. The electro-cast AZS refractory brick TY-AZS36 has passed ISO international certification. Its chemical composition includes Al2O3 content ≥49.00%, ZrO2 content ≥35.50%, SiO2 content ≤13.50%, and has a high volume density (≥3.85g/cm³) and a low apparent porosity (≤1.0%). In addition, its cold compression strength is ≥300Mpa, glass phase precipitation temperature is ≥1400℃, and corrosion resistance rate at high temperature is ≤1.3mm/24h, which is very suitable for lining applications in glass melting furnaces and other high-temperature industrial furnaces. Products are strictly in accordance with international trade practices, adhering to the principles of equality, mutual benefit, contract-abiding and credit-keeping, ensuring high-quality services for domestic and foreign customers.
