Large cast sillimanite bricks are manufactured through a casting process and are mainly suitable for making various special-shaped products. These bricks are cast by mixing the raw materials into a slurry, pouring them into a plaster mold by hand, and then drying and firing them.
1. High refractoriness: The refractoriness ranges from 1770 to 1830 degrees Celsius, and can cope with extreme high temperatures.
2. High thermal shock stability: Remains stable during rapid temperature changes, reducing cracking and damage.
3. Low thermal expansion coefficient: Low thermal expansion coefficient ensures the brick's dimensional stability at high temperatures and reduces deformation.
4. Corrosion resistance: effectively resist the corrosion of metallurgical slag and various glass liquids, and extend the service life.
1. Suitable for tin bath top bricks in float glass industry.
2. Suitable for channel bricks, front box bricks, rotating pipes, etc. in high temperature environments.
