High-density, low-porosity silica bricks are a kind of high-performance refractory material that we develop and produce, specially designed to meet the increasing basic demand for refractory materials in coke ovens. With the development of the coke industry and the application of silica refractory bricks in coke ovens, higher and higher requirements are put forward for the refractory materials of coke ovens, especially the carbonization chamber requires silica bricks with high density, high thermal conductivity and high temperature compressive strength.
Sunrise has trial-produced new products such as high-density silica bricks according to the structure of coke ovens, and adopted the method of increasing the density of silica bricks to improve the quality and service life of coke ovens and shorten the coking time. The high-density silica bricks require the finished product porosity to be less than 16%, and the density of silica bricks must be greater than 2.38g/cm3.
1. High density: The volume density reaches above 2.38g/cm³, which enhances the service life and quality of the coke oven.
2. Low porosity: The porosity of the finished product is less than 16%, which improves the thermal conductivity and compressive resistance of the refractory material.
3. High purity: SiO2 content ≥96%, ensuring stable refractory performance, Fe2O3 content <0.6%, reducing the impact of impurities.
4. Strong compression resistance: The compressive strength is not less than 80 MPa, ensuring long-term stability in high temperature environment.
5. High softening temperature: The load softening temperature (T0.6℃) is not less than 1690℃, suitable for various high-temperature industrial kilns and coke ovens.
1. Suitable for lining materials of high-temperature industrial kilns such as glass kilns and coke ovens.
2. Widely used as lining material for high temperature furnaces in chemical, metallurgical and other industries.
