The fused-cast α-β alumina brick TY-M is mainly composed of Al2O3 with a content of more than 94%. The product is made by melting and casting high-purity alumina in an electric furnace at 2000°C. During the crystallization process, α-alumina and β-alumina combine with each other to form an α-β corundum structure, thereby forming a dense crystal structure, which makes it excellent in strong alkali resistance. Below 1350°C, the product has strong corrosion resistance and hardly contaminates the molten glass. Since it does not contain impurities such as Fe2O3 and TiO2, it almost does not generate bubbles when in contact with the molten glass, thereby minimizing the contamination of the molten glass.
1. High purity: The product contains more than 94% Al2O3, ensuring the high purity and quality stability of the material.
2. Strong corrosion resistance: Below 1350°C, it has excellent resistance to strong alkali and corrosion, and is not easy to contaminate the glass melt.
3. Low pollution: It does not contain impurities such as Fe2O3 and TiO2, and almost no bubbles are generated when it comes into contact with molten glass, ensuring the high quality of the product.
4. Strong high temperature tolerance: Suitable for high temperature and strong corrosion environment, especially in working tanks, channels and furnace crowns.
5. Dense structure: The α-β corundum structure makes its crystal structure dense, enhancing physical properties and service life.
1. Glass industry: especially suitable for high temperature working tanks, channels and furnace crowns.
2. High temperature environment: suitable for various application scenarios in highly corrosive and high temperature environments.
