The TY-Z95 series of fused high zirconium blocks are made of synthetic high-purity raw materials through a special casting process. The crystal structure of these products is mainly composed of zircon (Baddeleyite), which has excellent corrosion resistance and extremely low bubbling and small stone potential, which can effectively prevent the contamination of liquid glass. TY-Z95 series products can be widely used in various glass kilns, especially in kilns for high-quality and special glasses, such as TV screen glass, borosilicate glass, aluminosilicate glass, halogen lamp glass, opal glass and fiberglass kilns.
